HI it’s the surface mount of the Sync Generator and the Video Input, the 90 degrees angle metal part. If you have a LT1251 would be great. Let me know. I can send you money via paypal.

I have those 90 degree angled parts, but not the screw to go with it. (M2.5)

No, you won’t find an IC like that on Tayda. If you only need a few, you can get 2x at a time as a free sample from Analog Devices: https://www.analog.com/en/products/lt1251.html
