Andor 1 Problem - Why are my videos being shortened?

I have two Andor 1 video players and for some reason my media clips are being cut short to like 1 minute. Can I get the Andor 1 to play the entire video clip, like all 5 minutes? How do I do this?

turn the sync setting off I think and you should be fine.

yup, that’s the trick! or, if you are syncing multiple multi-screen artworks with sets of Andor1s, make sure to use different sync channels for the different works.

For the next Andor 1 software, can Sync be OFF by default? This has been an issue when I don’t have a QWERTY keyboard in hand and try to get a video up and running from a new USB flash drive. Thanks Paul Slocum and LZX!
