Weird sync trouble with tbc2 and esg3

hey !

basically about 3 months ago the video synth was great plug it in and it works etc , then I turned it on and i get some little bit of color on the very right of the screen and my converter says :

IN: 1024x512 60.00p

OUT: 1920x1080 60.00i

but the sync is broken , video synth doesnt work ,

I left it for like 2 or 3 months and just forgot about it. ,now I need it to work and same thing , reset firmware on TBC2 , etc but the ESG

I have it also set to 1920x1080 60.00i

1080i60 1010xxxx

but it just seems broken and seems to only output

1024x512 60.00p

does anyone know how to fix this ? ?

IN: 1024x512 60.00p ??? wtf I tried changing the settings a lot , unplug everything and isolate modules etc ,

sync chain is esg to tbc

please help !!

also I reset firmware on tbc2 but it doesnt matter even if I disconnect it ,and just try to get a signal out of the ESG3 seems stuck on 1024x512 60.00p , the video synth is like a $10,000 paperweight. but also I have an important gig coming up where I need to use it hope to sort this out like in the next few days
