Double vision settings

Hi All my double vision arrived and i have been playing with it today. Great fun. As newbie my question is what setting i should have the esg3 dip switch set to.
I am coming out via the yPbPr jacks and into the same on an oldish samsung monitor. Its only HD ready do 1320×768. So not sure the best dip switch setting. All help appreciated.
