Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns — Assembled Modules

You may return assembled modules within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The item is in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories.
• The item has not been modified, damaged, or had its serial number removed.
• You contact us at support@lzxindustries.net before sending your return to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

No restocking fee is charged on returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.

Returns — DIY Kits

DIY kits (PCB and frontpanel sets) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The kit is unopened and unassembled, in its original sealed packaging.
• You contact us at support@lzxindustries.net before sending your return.

Once a DIY kit has been opened or any components have been soldered, it is no longer eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase — including clearance, discontinued, and select promotional items — are not eligible for return or refund. Final sale status is clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please do not return it under this policy. Instead, see the Warranty Policy section of our Terms of Service for coverage details, including our 45-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) fast-track replacement program for assembled modules and instructions on how to file a warranty claim.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within the applicable return window (30 days for assembled modules, 14 days for unopened DIY kits). To request an exchange, contact us at support@lzxindustries.net with your order number and the product you'd like instead. If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.

Preorder & Backorder Cancellations

You may cancel a preorder or backorder at any time before the item ships in exchange for store credit. Simply contact us at sales@lzxindustries.net with your order number. Preorder and backorder cancellations are not eligible for refund to the original payment method.

Your store credit can be applied toward any other product in our store — including items currently in stock for immediate shipment. Store credit is issued within 3 business days and does not expire.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@lzxindustries.net with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Return authorizations are valid for 14 days from issuance.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants additional return or refund rights, those rights apply.
