EIS self-declaration of conformance

One page, kept with the product's documentation. Replace every bracketed field; delete nothing else. The claim line follows the grammar of clause 4.2, and eis claim eis-claim.yaml prints the register rows the product owes and how each is verified, which the verification statement below covers.

Product [name, as the claim file gives it]
Maker [maker]
Claim EIS [edition], [product type and every other role, joined by +] ([features])
Claim file [path or URL of eis-claim.yaml]
Documentation [the manual or product page that carries the published figures]
Date [YYYY-MM-DD]

What the product publishes

[The figures the register asks of its roles and features, as eis claim lists them: width and depth, the current on each rail of each power entry, the port list with classes and formats, the ratings and ripple of each outlet, the designated input, the DC entry variant and input range, and so on. Each with its value and where it is published.]

Verification

[For each requirement the product owes, how it was verified: by inspection of the product or its drawings, by analysis from its design figures, or by measurement, with the measured figure and the date. Group the rows by method; eis claim prints the list.]

Statement

[Maker] declares that [product] conforms to the Eurorack Interface Specification, edition [edition], as claimed above, on the basis of the verification stated. Signed [name, role], [date].
