4.4 Requirements register (normative)
Generated from data/requirements.json by tools/requirements.py. Do not edit by hand.
Each row is one requirement: its identifier, its level, the roles and interfaces it binds, the product types and feature it applies to in a claim, and its text. The register and the data models are the specification; the clause pages, the PDF, and the design references render them, and a mismatch in a rendering is an erratum. A row with a feature applies only to a product that claims it; no product type implies a feature. Provenance (quoted, inherited, measured, calculated, or EIS) and how a row is verified (Annex G) are recorded per row in data/requirements.json. Roles, interfaces, product types, and features are defined in Conformance. Clause prose cites identifiers without the EIS- prefix. Identifiers are frozen: never reused, never resequenced; a changed requirement gets a new one.
