Chromagnon Update: Hardware Bits

Hi all! I want to share some progress on the enclosure and plastic parts for Chromagnon. This is a short check-in between the September update and the October post.

LED window film

Film overlays for Chromagnon's LED grid arrived. This was the first time ordering multi-layer backlit film like this for us, and I'm very happy with how they turned out.

Plastic parts production sprues

We've optimized the plastic parts for production SLA printing with an external service and have several pieces on the way.

Sheet metal enclosure and renders

We ordered some initial quantities of the sheet metal enclosure, and the rear IO connector board.

Full-assembly enclosure renders are up on the product page.

Outside of my final sign off on the electrical design, the product box Chromagnon will ship in is the last missing piece. I plan to do something simple.
