At LZX Industries, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect when you place an order.
Processing Times
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. We typically run shipping days twice per week. If there is an anticipated delay in processing times, we will post a notice on the home page of our website.
Backorder items ship within 4–6 weeks of your order date, or sooner if stock arrives early. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Preorder items ship by the estimated date listed on the product page at the time of your order. If the estimated ship date changes, we will notify you by email and you may cancel for store credit at any time before shipment. See our Terms of Service for full details on preorder commitments.
Order Priority
First paid, first shipped. Your place in our fulfillment queue is reserved at the time your order is paid in full.
Combined Shipments
All items in an order ship together by default. If your order includes a backorder or preorder item, in-stock items will be held until all items are ready to ship. If you need in-stock items shipped immediately, we recommend placing a separate order. If you would like to split an existing order, please contact us — additional shipping charges may apply.

We ship via USPS and UPS. The available services and estimated delivery times are listed below. The carrier and service options available for your order are determined at checkout based on the weight and destination of your shipment.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier operations, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Different carrier and service options may be available at different price points. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us before placing your order so we can determine if we can accommodate your request.
Package Insurance
All shipments are insured to their full declared value. Insurance costs are included in our shipping rates at no additional charge to you.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@lzxindustries.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged shipments, photos of the packaging and any damage.
We will reship your order or issue a full refund promptly — you do not need to wait for a carrier claim to be resolved. We handle all carrier claims on your behalf.
Address Changes
Shipments are sent to the address provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate address changes only before your order has shipped. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International Shipments
Customs and duties: We declare the full value of all items on customs forms. We do not undervalue items on customs declarations. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are not refundable by LZX Industries.
Tracking: All shipments include tracking. USPS international tracking visibility may be limited once the package leaves the United States and is transferred to your country's postal service. UPS provides full end-to-end tracking on all international shipments.
Delivery delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. These delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refund or reshipment under our lost package policy until at least 30 business days have passed from the ship date.
