Castle 111 provides D-type latches: one-bit memory that updates on a clock edge, connecting counters and shift paths to synchronous state in your digital video patch.
Role in a patch
Use 111 to register a condition, synchronize a gating line to pixel-relevant timing, and build small state machines with 100 / 101 and 110.
Power and build
Castle 5V logic; avoid exceeding input ratings on clocks and D when interfacing from analog sections—buffer or condition as in the community reference builds.
