Before you test
- Install LZX Connect 1.3.5 and enable Show pre-release firmware
- Flash 1.0.0-rc.43 (Connect update or .uf2 from Downloads)
- Confirm 1.0.0-rc.43 on the SYSTEM screen
- Dual-capable cable set: HDMI in + Analog Out looped to Analog In (YPbPr a1-2 and RGB 1V a2-4 as needed)
Testing goals
H Phase Out/In — dual IO phase trim
high1. Routing = Dual; YPbPr loop (a1-2) at 720p60 and 1080p30. 2. Open Settings → adjust H Phase Out and H Phase In; confirm picture shifts horizontally without unlock. 3. Repeat on RGB 1V (a2-4) at 720p60.
Pass: Phase controls respond smoothly; picture stays locked; no bar crush or chroma swap vs rc.42 baseline passthru.
Heavy programs — Lumarian, Moire, Mycelium, Pinwheel on HD Dual
high1. Routing = Dual; HDMI at 1080p30. 2. Load each program from the embedded library (Lumarian, Moire, Mycelium, Pinwheel). 3. Cycle Analog Out connector modes (YPbPr, RGB 1V) if applicable.
Pass: Programs load without FPGA config errors; stable picture on each program.
HD dual passthru — 720p60 / 1080p30 regression
medium1. Routing = Dual; Passthru color bars. 2. Test YPbPr (a1-2) and RGB 1V (a2-4) at 720p60 and 1080p30.
Pass: Same usable picture as rc.42; bars aligned and colored correctly.
