Before you test
- Install LZX Connect 1.3.5 and enable Show pre-release firmware
- Flash 1.0.0-rc.44 (Connect update or .uf2 from Downloads)
- Confirm 1.0.0-rc.44 on the SYSTEM screen
- Dual-capable cable set: HDMI in + Analog Out looped to Analog In (YPbPr a1-2, composite a0-0, S-Video a0-1, RGsB a4-3 as needed)
Testing goals
Dual analog legs — 720p60 / 1080p30 passthru
high1. Routing = Dual; Passthru color bars. 2. Test YPbPr (a1-2), Composite (a0-0), S-Video (a0-1), and RGsB (a4-3) at 720p60 and 1080p30. 3. Note any hue shift on composite→composite vs rc.43.
Pass: Picture locked on each leg; bars aligned and colored correctly; no catastrophic composite hue shift.
Heavy programs — HD Dual regression
medium1. Routing = Dual; HDMI at 1080p30. 2. Load Lumarian, Moire, Mycelium, Pinwheel from the embedded library.
Pass: Programs load without FPGA config errors; stable picture on each program.
Program library — shell scan
low1. Connect via LZX Connect or serial shell. 2. Run
program scanand confirm 27 programs listed (pre-release SD-only paths hidden).Pass: 27 programs registered; Passthru and heavy HD Dual programs load normally.
