Before you test

  • Flash 1.0.0-rc.52 UF2 (MCU firmware)

Testing goals

  • Analog In program change — YPbPr 1080p → HDMI (itchaboo repro)

    high

    1. Routing = Analog In; Analog In = YPbPr; lock 1080p30 from ESG3. 2. HDMI → TV; change embedded programs without power cycle. 3. Serial: fsm: ADV7181C reload holdreleaseadv7181c: configure before fpga: program loaded, then video_output: configure.

    Pass: HDMI recovers after every program change; no reboot required.

  • Composite program change — Dual / Analog RGB 1V PAL

    1. Routing = Dual In (repeat with Analog In). 2. Analog In = RGB 1V; lock 576i PAL; CVBS out → CRT or TBC2. 3. Change embedded programs without power cycle. 4. Serial: post-load analog=0, then VSYNC analog=1 with ADV7393 sync lock.

    Pass: CVBS recovers after every program change; no power cycle required.

  • Mixed per-line audio + fader Free LFO (kintsugi repro)

    1. Load kintsugi at 1080i59; P1 → Audio Input (per-line OK). 2. P12 fader → Free LFO; confirm meter moves and video Mix responds. 3. Cycle Free LFO → Disabled → Free LFO; move physical fader.

    Pass: Video tracks modulation without reboot; see multi_modulator_fpga_sync.md.

  • rc.51 regression — HDMI CSC + HD embedded

    high

    1. Repeat rc.48 Colorbars YUV HDMI checks (NTSC, 480p, 720p60, 1080i59). 2. Load Moire / Lumarian / Passthru at 720p60 embedded.

    Pass: No regression vs rc.51 on HDMI or HD embedded paths.
