Before you test

  • Flash 1.0.0-rc.53 UF2 (MCU + rebuilt embedded YUV programs)

Testing goals

  • Analog In program change - 720p60 RGB 1V / YPbPr to HDMI (Aaron repro)

    high

    1. Routing = Analog In; Analog In = RGB 1V then YPbPr; lock 720p60. 2. HDMI to TV or switcher. Change embedded programs without power cycle. 3. Serial: adv7181c: configure before and after fpga: program loaded.

    Pass: HDMI recovers after every program change; no reboot; no R/B or Pb/Pr swap on Analog In HDMI.

  • Analog In NTSC/PAL CVBS to HDMI pack (dddd / giles repro)

    high

    1. Routing = Analog In; Analog In = Composite; lock NTSC then PAL. 2. Passthru. Analog out to PVM still correct. HDMI to LCD / Extron.

    Pass: HDMI is lockable CEA 480i/576i RGB (not garbled). PVM analog out unchanged.

  • Analog In program change - YPbPr 1080p to HDMI (itchaboo)

    high

    1. Routing = Analog In; Analog In = YPbPr; lock 1080p30. 2. HDMI to TV; change programs without power cycle.

    Pass: HDMI recovers after every program change; no reboot required.

  • Composite program change - Dual / Analog RGB 1V PAL

    1. Routing = Dual In (repeat with Analog In). 2. Analog In = RGB 1V; lock 576i PAL; CVBS out to CRT or TBC2. 3. Change embedded programs without power cycle.

    Pass: CVBS recovers after every program change; no power cycle required.

  • HD HDMI + Dual loopback + DVI regression

    high

    1. HDMI In 720p60 program change (must stay up). 2. Dual 720p60 YPbPr and RGB 1V passthru loopback. 3. HDMI output mode DVI to an old DVI monitor. 4. Colorbars YUV at 720p60 / 1080p30.

    Pass: No HD HDMI, Dual loopback, or DVI regression vs rc.52.
