Before you test

• Flash 1.0.0-rc.65 UF2 (full image)
• Official 1.0.8-rc.1 and community 1.0.6-rc.1 already installed is fine

Testing goals

• LCD leaves the splash parameter after restart

  high

  1. No SD card. No HDMI or analog cables. 2. Power on and wait for the splash to finish. 3. Note the parameter on the LCD, then turn a knob a long way.

  Pass: The LCD leaves the parameter it showed at the end of the splash. Slot, name, or value changes with the knob.

• Panel stays live after the splash

  high

  1. Flash 1.0.0-rc.65 and power on. 2. Turn one knob while the splash is on screen. 3. After the splash, turn that knob and a different one, and press a button.

  Pass: The knob moved during boot shows, and later knob and button changes still update the LCD.

• Picture after boot

  medium

  1. After a normal boot, connect HDMI or analog out with Passthru loaded.

  Pass: A picture comes up. Sync is not left masked after the boot probe.

• rc.63 video path

  medium

  1. Analog In composite and YPbPr on the shared Y jack, one switch each way.

  Pass: Picture returns after the switch. No stuck black frame.
